We've worked hard to make SocialEngine PHP an optimized, lightweight platform. The performance of the platform however is primarily dependent on the capabilities of your server. As with any web-based application, you may need to upgrade your plan if your social network attracts a large amount of traffic. It would also depend on the activities of your users; for example, if your users are uploading large amounts of media (photos, videos, etc.) you may need to upgrade the disk space on your plan. On most plans, Managed SocialEngine PHP service should be able to support tens of thousands of users to upwards of one hundred thousand and more, however we make no guarantee of performance due to the many variables involved.
Does an SE PHP license come with the managed service?
The subscription to Managed SocialEngine PHP does not include a license for SE PHP download. You would need to purchase a license if you want the download version.

How do I recover my account?
If you've forgotten the password to your client account, you should start by using the "Forgot Password" feature. This will email a reset link to the email address associated with your account. If you can no longer access the registered email address, you can contact support and provide information to verify ownership. Due to privacy and security policies, we will need specific identifying information to match with the original purchase.
